COJO of Staten Island is an organization dedicated to empowering and supporting Jewish communities through a range of educational, social, and advocacy initiatives. Its mission encompasses promoting Jewish values, fostering community engagement, and addressing contemporary challenges facing Jewish individuals and families. CoJo provides various programs, including educational workshops, social events, and advocacy efforts, aimed at strengthening Jewish identity, enhancing communal cohesion, and addressing social issues. Cojo also has a kosher food pantry for all those in need as well as a monthly food pick up distribution drive at different locations. Through its comprehensive approach, Cojo seeks to create a positive impact and bolster the well-being of Jewish communities.
